Do I need planning permission to install a new driveway or patio?
In the majority of cases, when you choose to build a new drive, patio or outside area using tarmac, you do not need planning permission. However, we do recommend contacting your local council authority for advice as each location does carry different rulings regarding changes in property usage and the way the property can be altered.

How long will a resin bound driveway last and does it need maintaining?
A new resin bound driveway can last up to 15 years. We do recommend you jet wash your driveway a couple of times a year just to keep it looking like new.
